This facility is hereby authorized to certify cold-formed steel framing produced at Quail Run Building Material, 2102 West Lone Cactus Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.
Quail Run Building Materials, Inc has been in business since 1986 manufacturing high quality steel framing products and accessories. Our framing members are produced from prime quality mill certified steel. Quail Run is a member of the Supreme Steel Framing System Association (SSFSA). Our bearing and nonbearing steel studs and track meet or exceed all performance requirements set forth by ASTM and are certified as code compliant through a compliance and quality assurance program which includes 3rd party unannounced audits administered by the SSFSA.
Our framing products code compliance is validated by IAPMO under reports ER‐0283 and ER‐0313. Our products comply with the International Building Code (IBC) 2009, 2012, 2015, and 2018. Our framing members are manufactured per the criteria of ICC‐ES AC46.
